Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
· Invoicing of completed service call tickets
· Order parts for service calls
· Accept deliveries in the warehouse and assist in unloading product deliveries – forklift experience is required
· Answer customer phone calls and disposition to the appropriate McCormick contact
· Assist with warehouse organization
· Additional tasks as assigned by Operations Manager
Required Skills/Experience:
· Good verbal and written communication
· Organization /ability to stay focused
· Time management
· Self-starter – Ability to work with minimal supervision
· Computer proficiency
· Familiarity with service order systems
· Positive and professional demeanor
· Ability to multi-task & prioritize
