Experienced Precast Concrete Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in precast concrete manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and participate in the casting, curing, and finishing of precast concrete elements.
• Inspect molds, reinforcement placement, concrete mixes, and finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Overseeing production, ensuring quality control, troubleshooting issues, and working closely with the project team to meet deadlines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications to ensure precise manufacturing.
• Identify and resolve issues related to formwork, concrete mix, curing, and finishing defects.
• Operate and maintain tools and machinery related to precast concrete production.

Requirements

• Proven experience in precast concrete manufacturing, finishing, or installation.
• Strong knowledge of concrete mix designs, reinforcement, and curing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and shop drawings.
• Experience with formwork, lifting systems, and installation techniques.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
• Forklift and crane operation experience (preferred but not required).
