Pay Rate: $18/hr
Contract Duration: 3 months
Shift: Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm
Location: Henrietta
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality service to clients using a background screening platform.
- Communicate with clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain an intermediate working knowledge of company products and industry procedures.
- Utilize various systems, including HRIS, Salesforce, and other related software.
- Accurately document all client interactions.
- Perform data entry while maintaining strong prioritization and organization.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of customer service experience required.
- Associate degree or higher preferred.
