Position: Electronic Assembly Technician
Location: Orchard Park, NY
Job Summary: We are seeking skilled and motivated Electronics Assemblers to join our client’s team in Orchard Park, NY. This temp-to-perm position offers an excellent opportunity to build your career with a company known for its state-of-the-art facilities and commitment to employee development.

Shift & Pay:
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Flexible Start Times: 6:30 AM, 7:00 AM, 7:30 AM, or 8:00 AM (with approval)
- Pay Rate: $16.50 – $17.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Assembly: Follow blueprints, engineering drawings, and customer specifications to assemble electronic components.
- Soldering & Tool Use: Utilize hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipment to ensure precision in assembly.
- Quality Control: Inspect and test assembled products to meet quality and performance standards.
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare finished products for shipment, ensuring proper handling and packaging.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 1 year in an assembly or manufacturing environment.
- Soldering Skills: Preferred but not required.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to use hand/power tools, measuring devices, and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and quality standards.
