Position Summary:
IT Asset Coordinator's primary responsibility is to process incoming packages for the related order number and ship them back out to the end user. This includes adding any requested accessories to those orders and double checking the order against the device to ensure the proper equipment was received. They are also responsible for any task requested by the Shipping Lead position and Logistics Manager. This may include but are not limited to completing any clearance documents requested, Final Order Review if need be, help with receiving incoming packages or processing/receiving pallet shipments.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process and track incoming shipments.
- Manage inventory of devices and accessories.
- Match incoming devices to open order.
- Process shipments quickly to achieve shipping related SLA.
- Record all data for outbound shipments.
- Process return orders in from clients.
- Equip and provision devices as required.
- Assist with Final Order Review.
- Assist with any and all task to ensure Logistics and the Company run smoothly.
- Provide support to Helpdesk, Logistics, and Project Management teams.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
