Your Responsibilities:
- Operate injection molding machines safely and efficiently.
- Inspect parts for quality and perform necessary trimming or post-molding tasks.
- Utilize secondary equipment to ensure product quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and track production progress.
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Plastic injection molding or manufacturing experience (preferred).
- A strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to conduct visual inspections and regularly lift up to 40 lbs.
