Are you passionate about helping people and providing top-notch customer service? We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our client's team for a 6-month assignment in a fast-paced, professional environment where you’ll support clients and employees with their benefits-related inquiries.
Pay Rate: $18/hr
Assignment Duration: 6 months
Shift: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound calls from employees and employers regarding benefits and account-related questions.
- Provide education on Section 125 (S125) benefits, company policies, and IRS guidelines.
- Research and resolve customer concerns while ensuring a positive experience.
- Escalate tasks and documentation to the appropriate internal teams as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and data entry using multiple software systems.
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of company products and services.
What You Bring:
- 1 years of customer service or client support experience.
- Strong research, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask efficiently across multiple computer systems.
- Experience in a call center or contact center environment (preferred).
- Knowledge of employee benefits, health insurance, or claims processing (a plus).
- Associate’s degree (preferred).
