Responsibilities:
- Within a team environment, efficiently and safely operate equipment and perform other functions to maximize equipment utilization, quality and team harmony.
- Accurately observe, measure and record product/process necessary to insure product quality
- Provide active input to continuous process improvement
- Provide accurate documentation of production operations
- Receive and move material to efficiently maintain production
- Effectively communicate job related information
- Maintain clean organized work area
- Work with assist other areas
- Actively participate in training of others and aid in the evaluation
- Perform other duties as required
- Ability to read and write. Must be able to comprehend procedures, process documents and work instructions
- Must be able to write sufficiently to document the process
- Ability to do basic math with fractions or decimals
- Ability to reason mechanically
Schedule:
7am - 3pm (training only)
11pm - 7am
Pay:
$14 - $16/ hour

Education Requirements:High school diploma or GED – during their interview they will have to do a math based quiz that has division and multiplication with decimals, they are not allowed to use a calculator. (must be able to multiply with a decimal.
**Must be able to understand and talk English – ALL interviews are conducted in English and they only have trainers that speak English.
Dress Code:Steel toed shoes are required, long pants, t shirt, no jewelry, long hair must be pulled back

*** All training is done on 1st shift, training time may vary depending on the job and how fast a candidate catches on to the job, typically it is 1-3 weeks for Furnace Operators and 1-4 weeks for Machine Operators. Once they are moved to 2nd or 3rd shift they get SD of $0.75.

Shift Hours:
1st: 7:00am- 3:00pm
2nd: 3:00pm- 11:00pm
3rd: 11:00pm- 7:00am
