Nesco Data Center & Infrastructure is seeking an Invoice Process Analyst in the Newport News/Hampton VA area on a temporary basis.

- Mon-Friday, first shift
- Must be able to pass screenings to receive a public trust clearance in order to support federal and government agencies
- Must have MS Excel knowledge - (filters, sorting, formatting cells, VLOOKUP)
Position Summary
The Invoice Processing Analyst ensures that invoices, batches, reports, and other
documents are processed appropriately for clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Processing invoices, batches, and reports for assigned clients on time and within
Service Level Agreements (SLAs). - Directly research and resolve customer complaints/issues with invoice processing related
activities not limited to: Late/missing invoices - Late payments and late fees
- Incorrect coding
- Improper batching
- Collaborating with internal groups, project managers, clients, and any necessary carriers, toensure that all clients' issues are promptly handled.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Associate degree or high school diploma with at least three (3) years of relevant
experience working with multiple clients, required. - Experience in customer support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to prepare and format management reports, graphs, charts, and
spreadsheets. - Ability to review and analyze data and information from multiple sources.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate with a team.
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
