Safety
- Follow and promote company safety policies.
- Be an active member of the Safety Committee
- Report any safety hazards / violations immediately.
Company
- Comply with all company procedures and policies.
- Participate in cross training for multiple positions for which you are qualified.
- Participate in company teams as required.
- Lead company teams as required.
Quality
- Be able to apply working knowledge of QA equipment required by plant processes.
- Be able to perform required quality checks for each product.
- Be able to read blueprints as required by the job.
- Participate in TS/ISO registration, certification, continued compliance.
Productivity
- Be intimately familiar with plant machinery.
- Be intimately familiar with machine processes.
- Be able to produce required quality parts within the Customer specification.
- Be able to operate a forklift in a safe manner as required.
- Be able to operate a crane in a safe manner as required.
- Be able to perform tool changes on machinery as required.
- Be able to perform manual lifting as required.
- Be able to perform shipping & receiving functions as required.
- Be able to use computer software as required.
- Perform additional duties as required by the company.
Education, Experience, Skills, Training
Requirements: 1-3 years related experience, HS diploma / GED, tech school / college preferred, strong math skills, computer skills, blueprint reading a plus, will train as need for additional skills.

2 nd shift position 3pm-11:30pm M-F
