Key Responsibilities
• Running reports, particularly around budgeting.
• Organizing and tracking multiple cost centers and budgets.
• Managing and tracking work orders and processes.
• Dealing with suppliers and vendors, including obtaining quotes and following up on responses.
Experience and Skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple budgets and cost centers.
• Experience with SAP software is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Power BI is a bonus.
• Ability to interact with suppliers and vendors effectively.

JD: Administrative Assistant III

BASIC FUNCTION:
Conducts intermediate/advanced level administrative support and technical assistance for various department operations under direction of local Manager.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: (functions considered essential as defined by ADA)
Performs daily office responsibilities (i.e., phones, faxes, copying, filing, typing, notetaking, travel arrangements, etc.)
Participates in the development, monitoring and justification of the budget
Provides mail processing for the office (i.e. incoming, outgoing, overnight packages, certified mail, etc.)
Schedules meetings and facilitates conference room set up and meal arrangements.
Coordinates, orders and manages office supplies and materials as required to support department activities, ensuring smooth operations and accuracy of orders, meeting delivery requirements, and reconciling invoices and delivery rec
