Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute experimental protocols with minimal supervision.
- Conduct bench experiments, make detailed observations, and analyze data.
- Prepare technical reports, summaries, and quantitative analyses.
- Maintain complete and accurate records of all work.
- Receive general guidance on routine tasks and detailed instructions for new assignments.
- Suggest improvements to work processes and laboratory environments.
- Assist in identifying and developing patentable inventions.
- Work on diverse technical problems requiring data analysis and evaluation of various factors.
- Exercise judgment within established practices and policies to determine appropriate methodologies.
- Participate in cross-functional technical teams, such as failure investigation teams.
- Collaborate effectively in a team environment, contributing ideas and input to project planning.
- Train colleagues in areas of expertise.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and present experimental procedures and results to teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor work to ensure quality and promote a Quality First Time approach.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
