MIXER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MIXING BATCHES BASED ON FORMULAS ISSUED BY
OPERATIONS MANAGER AND FOR INSURING THAT ALL BATCHES MEET CUSTOMER
SPECIFICATION BEFORE PUMPING BATCH TO HOLDING TANK.
Report to work station with proper attire (clean uniform, hair net and full shoe, gloves if
required.
Complete Pre-Operation Inspection and fill out paperwork accordingly.
Review instructions and formulas issued by Operations Manager on a daily basis.
You are responsible for ensuring that all sanitizing is completed before starting batches.
Inspect all valves and lines to ensure that they are in proper working condition.
You are responsible for locating and preparing all ingredients required for batches.
You are responsible for measuring proper amount of water and correct temperature into
tank and then add other ingredients as required.
After sufficient mixing, collect sample and take to QC Lab for analysis. Wait for QC Lab
approval before pumping batch to holding tank.
You are responsible for checking tanks and valves to ensure they are oriented correctly
and hatches are closed on holding tanks. After you have started pumping, check and
ensure product is flowing into correct tank and that there are no leaks.
You are responsible to maintain proper amount of extract to keep spray dryer running
for the duration of operation. Consult Operations Manager with any questions.
You are responsible for keeping area clean at all times.
You are responsible for keeping all batch records. Batch sheets with all ingredients by
lot numbers must be completed after each batch is pumped to holding tank.
You are responsible for keeping all sanitation records as performed.
You are responsible for following "GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICES” and
ensuring the highest standards for a Food-Processing environment are maintained.
You are responsible for alerting maintenance of any equipment problems you may
encounter.
You are responsible for replacing all raw materials in proper storage location.
You are responsible for cleaning up any damage you may have caused to any raw
material. Please clean up immediately to prevent any contamination or loss of product.
Normal working hours are from 6:00 AM till 2:00 PM. - Monday through Friday.
Other duties may be assigned periodically based on staffing and operational needs
Personnel in this position must follow all applicable procedures related to our HACCP based
food safety plan, adhere to any GMP requirements and continually monitor finished product, if
applicable, for adherence to TCP US Holdings quality standards and specifications.

$15.25 an hour
