We are seeking an outgoing individual to join our team as a Mechanical Assembler. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling composite and electrometric materials with complex fixtures and tooling.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble composite and electrometric materials with complex fixtures and tooling
- Follow detailed instructions and blueprints to ensure accuracy and quality of work
- Mix adhesive RTV, or any other sealing compound.
- Layup using simple powers tools, and equipment, air press, air tools, riveting equipment, etc. Crimp, spotweld terminal.
- Mold cement, T/S check, record resistance.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in composite and electrometric material assembly preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex fixtures and tooling
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
