Project Manager, Loyalty Operations

Location: Hybrid (Tuesday-Thursday Onsite in Framingham, MA; Monday & Friday Remote)


About the Role

This role focuses on Loyalty Marketing Operations, managing the execution, planning, and configuration of loyalty campaigns. You will work with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives run smoothly, using various tools to strategize, plan, and implement campaigns.

A successful candidate will have strong project management skills and a desire to learn the execution side of loyalty programs. The position requires collaboration with marketing, merchandising, technical, and internal stakeholder teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Loyalty Campaign Execution – Configure, set up, test, and deploy campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination – Work with marketing, merchandising, and technical teams to ensure all campaign details are accurate and timely.
  • Quality Assurance & Testing – Perform end-to-end testing for loyalty program offers.
  • Campaign Calendar Management – Maintain offer calendars used across teams.
  • Process Improvement – Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose solutions.
  • Customer-Based Discount Programs – Manage and oversee execution.
  • Incident Management – Resolve tickets in the loyalty operations queue within a 24-hour SLA.
  • Campaign Best Practices – Stay updated on marketing execution trends, including cadence, deliverability, and functionality.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Background in budget management, merchandising, quality assurance, or campaign operations.
  • Experience with queue management, workflow coordination, and project execution.
  • Knowledge of retail industry marketing strategies.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
