Job Title: Accounting Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced accounting professional to manage the day-to-day financial operations for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AP/AR, payroll, and financial reporting, with experience supervising a team of accounting professionals. This role will play a key part in preparing financial statements, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting management with financial insights and operational strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor a small accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely completion of their tasks.
- Oversee and manage Billing, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable functions.
- Calculate and enter payroll using ADP Workplace, ensuring accurate payroll processing along with all payroll reports.
- Calculate and process Monthly Sales Commissions.
- Perform monthly and annual account reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Manage and prepare various annual compliance reports required for regulatory purposes.
- Assist with budget forecasting and offer financial insights to management for decision-making.
- Ensure proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as database management systems.
- 3-5 years of accounting experience, with a focus on accounting management and reporting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database management tools.
- Experience with payroll systems, specifically ADP Workplace, is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with senior management.
