US PERSON
Engineer assigned will be working on a planned transition project for a subset of pneumatic valves. Valves are currently assembled in the Tempe facility and all manufacturing documentation, and tooling will need to be pulled and shipped to the supplier taking on the subsets. They will be the POC for the entire project and correspondence with the supplier, reviewing hardware for conformance, and making dispositions as required.
OJT and certification will be provided.
Determines parts and tools needed in order to achieve these manufacturing goals according to product specification. May require a bachelor's degree in engineering and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision and coordination w/ peers.
Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
