Description/Comment:
Currently in search of a Windows Client Engineer to join the Global Information Systems group in Pittsburgh, PA.
The Windows Client Engineer will actively participate as a member of the Windows Client team. The role primarily involves the management and support of Windows Client Technologies, with a focus assisting with the management of SCCM and Intune. The candidate will also be responsible for handling escalated tickets and ensuring timely resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the management and support of Windows Client Technologies.
Deploy software and manage client devices using SCCM and Microsoft Intune.
Participate in the transition and upgrade to Windows 11.
Manage and resolve tickets escalated to the client team promptly.
Basic Qualifications:
Highschool diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10/11.
Experience with Microsoft SCCM and Microsoft Intune.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
Skilled in PowerShell Scripting.
Familiarity with Application Packaging Technologies.
Experience with PatchMyPC.
Competence in managing iOS and Android devices.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Candidate must be a qualified U.S. person for this role.

Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiation.
Strong leadership skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Knowledge of IT standards and controls.
