Duties/Responsibilities:
- Mechanical aptitude:

Strong understanding of mechanical principles, including gears, bearings, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Hand tools proficiency:

Ability to use a variety of hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Problem-solving skills:

Analyze complex mechanical issues and develop solutions to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
- Technical knowledge:

Read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Physical stamina:

Ability to lift heavy objects, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to detail:

Carefully inspect equipment and identify minor issues before they become major problems.
- Previous experience working as a Maintenance Tech in a manufacturing company
- Mechanical and electrical knowledge
- HS Diploma or GED
