You will be accountable for assembling and testing various components and systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our products.
Key Responsibilities
2nd shift 2:30pm - 11:00pm Monday - Friday
Perform assembly of systems according to specifications
Inspect and troubleshoot products to identify and resolve any issues
Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
Maintain accurate records of delivery and assembly defects
Work with cross-functional teams to improve processes and product quality
YOU MUST HAVE
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Good communication and teamwork skills

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Associate's degree in a technical field
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing ethics
