Join an innovative team as an HR Coordinator in a temporary role supporting key HR functions! This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, benefits administration, and volunteer/intern program coordination.
 
Pay Rate: $21-22/hr
Assignment Length: 3 months
Schedule: Part-time | 20-25 hours/week
 
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment: Post jobs, screen candidates, and assist with hiring.
HR Support: Manage records, HRIS, and correspondence.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Ensure smooth transitions for employees.
Compliance & Reporting: Maintain records, support audits, and track licensing.
 
Ideal Candidate:
Education & Experience: Bachelor's in HR or related field; 1-2 years of HR/admin experience.
Skills: Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel preferred).
Professionalism: Discretion, diplomacy, and a service-oriented mindset.
