We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team in North Haven. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Research and resolve customer concerns, including account issues, order details, and billing questions.
  • Retrieve and review customer records, including invoices, to provide accurate information.
  • Assist customers with invoice-related inquiries, such as payment status, discrepancies, and documentation requests.
  • Process and track customer requests, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and enhance the overall experience.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or administrative support preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with customer management or billing systems is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive customer information professionally.
