Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Facilities Maintenance Technician (Janitor) to join our team on the 3rd shift.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in all areas of the facility, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors, windows, and surfaces.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
- Clean and restock restrooms with supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages to management.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down work areas for special events.
- Report any maintenance issues, such as damaged equipment or plumbing, to management for repair.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored safely.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or facilities maintenance preferred.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work overnight hours and weekends as needed.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies, equipment, and maintenance procedures.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand, walk, kneel, bend, and climb ladders throughout the shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
