Cycle Counter
Location: North Canton, Ohio
Shift: 1st shift | 7AM-3:30PM
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Are you detail-oriented with a strong focus on inventory accuracy? We are a global company operating in over 130 countries with more than 22,000 teammates worldwide. We are looking for a Cycle Counter to help maintain precise inventory levels and ensure our warehouse runs efficiently.
Your Role:
As a Cycle Counter, you will play a key role in tracking and verifying inventory, ensuring that quantities in our system match what's physically on hand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Verify that received parts match purchase orders
- Cycle Counting: Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure system accuracy
- Replenishment: Place materials into designated bins and storage areas
- Quantity Control: Maintain accurate counts and report discrepancies
- Attention to Detail: Confirm part numbers and quantities match system records
- Equipment Use: Operate or be willing to learn Reach Trucks and Stock Pickers to access inventory
- Computer Use: Update inventory records and use warehouse management software
- Independent & Team Work: Work efficiently alone or as part of a team to meet accuracy goals
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Inventory Control Experience: Previous experience with cycle counting or warehouse inventory preferred
- Reach Truck & Stock Picker Experience: Willingness to learn if not already trained
- Strong Counting Skills: Ability to track large quantities of items accurately
- Computer Skills: Comfortable using warehouse management systems for tracking inventory
