Job Title: Chemical Engineer
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Chemical Engineer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a Bachelor of Science with a major in Chemistry. The ideal candidate will be eager to apply their academic knowledge to real-world chemical processes and systems, while learning and growing within our company.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design, optimization, and implementation of chemical processes.
  • Conduct experiments and analyze results to improve product quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that processes comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to chemical processes or equipment.
  • Contribute to the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Perform data analysis and assist in process modeling using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Support senior engineers in the development of new products and solutions.
  • Participate in continuous learning and development opportunities to enhance technical knowledge.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a Bachelor of Science with a major in Chemistry.
  • Strong foundational understanding of chemical principles and engineering concepts.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to new challenges.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
Preferred Skills (not required):
  • Familiarity with process simulation software or other engineering tools.
  • Understanding of industrial safety standards and environmental regulations.
