Responible for maintaining a clean and organized environment, including tasks like sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing, while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Cleaning and Sanitation:
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, including spills and debris.
- Dust surfaces, furniture and equipment.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break room, and other common areas.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Clean and maintain housekeeping equipment (vacuums, mops, brooms, etc)
- Stock and maintain housekeeping supply carts with cleaning supplies.
- Ensure adequate supplies are available in restrooms and break room.
- May be required to assist with other tasks as assigned by management.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment, free from hazards.
- Report any safety concerns or damage to equipment immediately.
- Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper.
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
- Customer-oriented and friendly.
- Prioritization and time management skills.
- Working quickly without compromising quality.
- Bilingual (Spanish), preferred but not required.
- High school diploma
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other facility-specific standards.
