Duties/Responsibilities
- Perform emergency/reactive repairs of production equipment.
- Maintain equipment according to Preventative Maintenance program and maintenance work orders.
- Responsible for facility maintenance.
- Complete and submit maintenance documentation and issue new improvement opportunities for review.
- Provide ideas and solutions to unplanned equipment downtime through design change, inspection techniques or monitoring.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts to mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic controls.
- Read and understand equipment manuals, design drawings and electrical schematics to complete reactive and preventative maintenance.
- Assist in 5S
Pay and Shift info
- Starting pay is up to $24/hr based on experience
- 1st shift 6 am to 2:00 pm
- Temp to Hire opportunity with the company.
Skills/Qualifications
- 5 years’ experience in Industrial Maintenance preferred.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
- Knowledge of LOTO and SDS is required
- OSHA 10 certified preferred
- PLC perferred
- Fabrication and welding experience.
- Willingness to support maintenance activities on other shifts or on weekends as needed.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Will be subject to a 10-panel drug screen and other pre-employment screening.
