Pay Rate: $16.50 Hourly
1st Shift- Monday- Thursday 6am-4:30pm
Operate Multiple or Single Spindle Chuckers.
- Read blueprints and Job Routings to determine part specifications.
- Use of gages and measuring instruments to make sure parts conform to specification.
- Operation of machine: loading and unloading of parts and cleaning chips out of work zone
- Assist and learn to make simple machine adjustments.
- Follow all safety rules and procedures. Report any unsafe condition to your supervisor immediately.
- Learn and practice preventative maintenance on machinery and tooling to protect from damage and loss. Report any condition requiring repair to your supervisor.
- Clean machine and work area daily. Keep area clean and orderly, floor around machine must be kept free of oil.
- Inspect parts as instructed by your supervisor to make sure parts met all print requirements
- Perform any other general tasks as may be directed. .

- Specific vision abilities required included close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to work in an environment where the temperature fluctuates depending on the weather outside.
