Exciting fintech startup in the Capital Region is adding a Project Manager to its team. Your responsibilities would include:
- Conducting a financial analysis of a project to ensure it is viable
- Communicating with stakeholders to ensure timelines, resources, and deliverables are being met
- Reporting on the financial progress of a project to Senior Management
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and developing competitive strategies
- Implementing new or revised financial policies and systems for better financial management
- Regularly reviewing project costs and makes recommendations for improvements
- Conducting post-implementation reviews of projects to ensure they were successful
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a Project Manager, Business Operations, or Investor Relations position
- Excellent organizational and communicative skills
- Adaptable with the ability to work in a deadline driven environment
