IT Plant Manager
Shift: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM (Onsite, 6 days per week)
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years in an IT Manager role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strategic Planning: At least 6 years of experience developing strategic plans.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Minimum of 4 years working with cross-functional teams.
- Budget Management: At least 4 years of experience overseeing budgets.
- Project Management: Minimum of 4 years leading IT projects.
- Team Leadership & Training: At least 3 years of experience training and mentoring direct reports.
- Organizational & Planning Skills: 6 years of experience in organizational strategy and planning.
Technical Expertise:
Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with:
- SQL Server database management
- Microsoft Operating Systems & Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- VMware
- PC, RF, and printing technologies
- Servers and network storage systems
- Networking fundamentals
- Backup technologies for troubleshooting
- Industry-specific IT tools
Physical Requirement: Must be able to regularly lift and move up to 30 pounds.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Familiarity with IT systems in the automotive industry
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly Plex
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
- Understanding of plant floor applications and networks
