Pay Rate: $19-$21/hr
Schedule: M-F 9:30am-6:30pm (every 2-3 months on a Saturday: 8am-2pm)
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Professional and timely email communication, phone calls, and problem-solving with stakeholders. Scheduling, coordinating and updating shipping times. Update ticketing system and bill of ladings.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve complex issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring smooth transportation operations.
- Documentation: Prepare accurate and timely documents to support operations.
- Collaboration: Work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Multitasking: Balance multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- High school diploma/GED required; 3 years in customer service or a related field, or a college degree (or in-progress) preferred.
- Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or customer service.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel. Advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Ability to resolve conflicts proactively and effectively.
