Marketing Operations Analyst I
As part of the Project Portfolio Management team (PPM), the Marketing Operations Analyst I is focused on supporting the delivery of efficient and optimized shared services operations through technology and knowledge management. This position is responsible for facilitating marketing shared services at scale by assisting with the development and maintenance of platforms, processes, and training with guidance from the Manager of Marketing Products & Technology. This individual possesses a strong analytical mindset and sharp attention to detail when presented with complex and challenging problems. This includes continuously driving marketing operational improvement through technology and platform advancement. This is a support role for the Manager of Marketing Products & Technology and is responsible for assisting with the delivery and integration of our process and workflow technology product roadmap, as well as special projects where needed.
General Responsibilities:
Assist in maintenance of DAM taxonomy, metadata schema, scaling design through templates, and other standardization solutions.
Work in partnership with team leads and project managers to maximize team performance and the quality of work.
Keep teams and project leads abreast of updates and developments in the marketing tools managed within the MSO Operations team.
Mitigate obstacles in work streams by setting expectations and remaining engaged with colleagues and stakeholders throughout the project process.
Provide research and documentation on marketing technologies or products for both potential and existing vendors
Provide input into the development of our marketing tech stack roadmap
Assist in creating and developing technology and product training and education materials
Assist in maintaining overall operations and processes pertaining to marketing tools managed within the MSO Operations team.
