Are you ready to spring into action and get your hands dirty with some of the most essential equipment on the farm? We're on the lookout for a skilled individual to perform general diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance on a variety of farm equipment, from tractors to mowers and beyond. If you have a knack for engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and transmissions, we want you on our team!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnosing and repairing all kinds of agricultural equipment
- Keeping our inventory, tools, and equipment in tip-top shape
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Following safety rules to ensure a safe and productive work environment
- Completing all necessary reports and forms related to your work
What You Bring to the Table:
- 3 years of experience with service repairs on Agricultural/Farm Equipment (experience with brands like New Holland, John Deere, Kubota preferred)
- Ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance with special tools (bring your own hand and power tools)
- Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Experience with fuel injection, electronic governors, welding, and fabrication is a plus
- A valid KY driver's license and the ability to operate vehicles and equipment
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Basic Service Technician certification is a bonus
- Successful completion of a drug screen & background check
Physical Requirements:
This is a highly active role that requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing. You'll also need to lift and move items weighing 70 pounds or more on a regular basis.
