Schedule
- Monday - Thursday, with the possibility of overtime as needed Friday thru Sunday
- 1st Shift: 4:00am - 2:30pm
- $17 per hour weekly pay
Primary Responsibilities
- Operate the press line and rack the parts produced
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure our products meet high standards
- Maintain a tidy work environment to ensure safety
- Participate in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities
- Drive forklifts and perform metal rework on parts
- Set dies on bolsters, requiring a crane operating license
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Complete quality check documentation
- Initiate and assist in quality improvements
- Maintain production efficiencies
- Perform die changeovers and program automation equipment
- Build automation tooling and troubleshoot equipment
- Rack parts according to specifications and load steel using a forklift
- Participate in improvement activities using 5-S / TPM processes
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Background and drug screening
- One year of manufacturing experience preferred
- General knowledge of quality systems
- Able to identify sheet metal/aluminum defects
Health, Safety and Physical Demands
- Frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs
- Able to stand for 8 hours or more
- Occasional lifting, climbing, carrying, pulling, bending, and reaching
- Good hand and eye coordination
