Warehouse Supervisor
Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and workplace safety. This role involves supervising staff, coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate records, and optimizing warehouse space.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.

Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure proper stock rotation.

Enforce safety protocols and maintain a secure warehouse environment.

Train and supervise warehouse staff, delegating tasks effectively.

Oversee equipment operation, ensuring proper maintenance and usage.

Coordinate with other departments to streamline logistics and meet business needs.

Maintain a clean and organized warehouse for operational efficiency.

Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Forklift certification required.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills:

3–5 years of warehouse or distribution experience.

Familiarity with warehouse management software.

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
