Location: Latham, NY
Compensation: 85,000 – 105,000 DOE
Job Summary: This role focuses on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), post-acquisition integration, and project management, supporting the company’s global expansion strategy. Key responsibilities include financial analysis, data-driven strategic insights, due diligence support, and managing integration projects to drive synergies and growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to deliver actionable insights and manage key metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support M&A activities including financial analysis, due diligence, and target evaluation.
- Manage post-acquisition integration, ensuring successful project execution and value creation.
- Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to inform business growth strategies.
- Track and report company metrics, presenting key findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, providing clear and concise communication.
- Utilize Excel and PowerPoint to prepare reports, presentations, and data analyses.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience in preparing and delivering presentations to senior stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
- Exposure to M&A transactions or financial modeling is a plus.
- Collaborative team player with attention to detail and initiative.
