We are seeking a motivated Helpdesk Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance. Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, provide solutions, and setting up new equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming helpdesk tickets, emails, and calls, providing timely and accurate technical support.

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to ensure minimal downtime for users.

  • Provide guidance on system usage and assist with software installations and updates.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level technical support or management when necessary.

  • Collaborate with IT teams to monitor and resolve system performance issues.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a technical support or customer service role (preferably in IT or Helpdesk).

  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware.

  • Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux) and software tools.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and prioritize issues in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
