In this role, you will perform a variety of administrative duties, providing critical support to senior management and team members.
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and office documents for easy access and retrieval.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring all information is up to date and accurate.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing documentation and conducting orientations.
- Assist with compliance and reporting requirements related to HR regulations and policies.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
