Operator-Microcoil

Nesco Resource is looking for a 2^nd Shift Operator-Microcoil located in Bethel, CT. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.

Shift: Monday-Friday 3PM-11PM

Pay: $17-$18.50/Hour (Plus 12% shift differential)

Overview: This position is responsible for set up and operation of high-speed coiling machines. The position requires the ability to sit and stand for periods of time, the ability to read and understand work instructions and complete necessary documentation as instructed.

Responsibilities:

• Set up cutting and coiling equipment
• Fill out Identification labels
• Set-up and adjust equipment to specifications
• Demonstrate good housekeeping skills
• Be aware of the department's quality goals and workmanship
• Ability to use microscopes, gages and calipers
• Minor troubleshooting

Qualifications:

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Microscope experience.
• Basic computer skills.
