Overview:
Are you a detail-oriented, tech-savvy problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Customer Fulfillment Specialist to join our dynamic Supply Chain team! This role is all about delivering exceptional customer experiences through accurate order management, cross-functional collaboration, and sharp analytical skills.
You'll play a key role in supporting North American operations by ensuring orders are fulfilled efficiently and customer needs are met with professionalism and care.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage customer orders and ensure timely, accurate fulfillment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems and deliver outstanding service.

Communicate with internal and external customers via phone and email—resolving issues, answering questions, and keeping everyone informed.

Use ERP and Microsoft tools to track orders, generate reports, and maintain accurate records.

Exercise sound judgment within established procedures while maintaining a high level of autonomy.
What We’re Looking For:
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
Top 5 Must-Haves:

2 years’ experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, etc.)

2 years in a Customer Service or order management role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—especially Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Access

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

A self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independent work environment
Tech You’ll Use:
