Position Summary:
Are you a skilled technician with expertise in electrical and machine maintenance? We're seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician to join our client's team. In this hands-on role, you'll utilize your knowledge of electrical systems, CNC equipment, robotics, and plant facilities to perform repairs, installations, and ensure machinery runs smoothly for production. Your efforts will keep the heart of the manufacturing process beating strong and steady.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and maintain PLC systems on CNC machines and robotics.

  • Work with 12V to 480V 3-phase electrical systems (Electrician License NOT required).

  • Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring and electronic components on equipment.

  • Set up and repair industrial machinery, including drill presses, grinders, welders, and more.

  • Perform maintenance and repair tasks on overhead cranes, conveyors, and automation systems.

  • Conduct both preventative and corrective maintenance on all facility and equipment, including forklifts.

  • Collaborate with operators and supervisors to troubleshoot and fix equipment issues.

  • Available for overtime and on-call shifts as needed.

  • Assist with plant maintenance tasks, such as plumbing, painting, and general upkeep.

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to minimize disruptions in production.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in electrical, mechanical, and automated systems maintenance.

  • Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting (Fanuc, HAAS programs), robotics, pneumatics, and hydraulics.

  • Proficient in reading, math, and English communication.

  • Experience in a manufacturing or commercial setting with hands-on technical skills.

  • Able to operate hand and power tools with expertise.

  • Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working in a physically demanding environment.

  • Comfortable working in plant conditions (noise, temperature variations, and welding smoke).

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds as needed.

  • Frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.

  • Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as ear plugs, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots.
