Key Responsibilities:

Lead HR operations, employee relations, and benefits administration.

Develop recruitment strategies for a multi-state workforce.

Qualifications:

8 years of HR leadership in 200 employee companies.

Strong expertise in payroll, benefits, compliance, and recruiting.

Experience with HRIS, ATS, payroll, and leave administration.

Knowledge of employment laws and multi-state workforce regulations.
