As a Business Analyst / Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, managing projects, and developing reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Your responsibilities will include:
Project Management: Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and scope.
Data Analytics: Ability to understand complex data sets and direct development of descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive reporting.
Report Development: Create and maintain comprehensive reports using Power BI and other M365 tools to visualize data and communicate findings effectively.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness through process mapping.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to gather requirements and ensure successful project outcomes.
Influencing: Influence stakeholders and team members to drive project success and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Education: College graduate with a degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analytics, Power BI, M355, Planner, Visio, and report development.
Process Improvement: Experience in process improvement methodologies is a plus.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
