Job Title: Benefits Administrator

Position Summary:
The Benefits Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration of employee benefit plans. This role supports employees by addressing benefit-related inquiries, resolving issues, and managing enrollment processes. The position also ensures benefit materials are up to date across all facilities, coordinates Open Enrollment events and communications, and supports the organization's wellness initiatives. Any concerns or issues are to be reported to the Director of Total Rewards.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer health and welfare benefit programs, including annual enrollment setup.

Provide support and guidance to employees regarding benefit options, enrollment, and qualified life events.

Maintain and distribute current benefit materials across facilities.

Coordinate logistics and communications for Open Enrollment.

Support wellness initiatives and related programs.

Identify and report benefit-related issues to the Director of Total Rewards.

Required Qualifications:

Associate's degree in a business-related field.

3–5 years of experience in benefits administration.

Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.

Proficient in technology with strong computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Professional certification in employee benefits (e.g., CEBS, IFEBP).

HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.

Experience with payroll and HRIS configuration.
