Human Resources Leave Administrator

The Human Resources Leave Administrator is responsible for managing and facilitating all aspects of team member leave requests while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. This role is essential in maintaining an efficient and organized leave management process and providing support to employees throughout their leave periods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day leave administration, responding to inquiries, and coordinating with vendors.

  • Maintain deep knowledge of U.S. leave programs at federal, state, and local levels.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR teams regarding leave administration.

  • Attend weekly vendor calls and ensure seamless communication between stakeholders.

  • Develop training and reference materials for HR teams and employees.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Minimum of 4 years of multi-state leave administration experience.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, including FMLA, ADA, and other relevant regulations.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate across all organizational levels.

  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with outsourcing leave administration.

  • Change management experience.
