Job Title: Senior Commercial Litigation Paralegal

Position Overview
A leading law firm is seeking a highly skilled Dispute Resolution Paralegal to support attorneys in arbitration, litigation, and investigation matters. This role involves legal research, document management, and case preparation while working closely with attorneys, clients, and third parties. Salary $100K - $130K
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and manage case files, documents, and chronologies.
- Draft correspondence, pleadings, motions, and disclosure requests.
- Prepare and maintain hearing and trial documents (physical and digital).
- Liaise with clients and third parties for document collection and case management.
- Conduct legal and business research; analyze statutes, regulations, and judicial decisions.
- Proofread legal documents and cite check briefs.
- Assist with depositions, hearings, and trial preparation, including attending proceedings.
- Utilize trial software as needed and coordinate court reporting services.
- Monitor and track cases in Bloomberg Law and other legal sources.
- Collaborate with international colleagues for case-related information and resources.
- Associate's degree required; Paralegal certificate required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience, with at least one year in arbitration/litigation preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
- Solid understanding of legal terminology, court procedures, and document management.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.
- Flexibility for occasional overtime and weekend work, as needed.
- Typical office environment with occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs.
