Job Title: SAP Business Objects / HANA Developer Client: Sedgwick
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Objects / HANA Developer to join client's dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in SAP Business Objects Universe development and extensive hands-on experience with SAP HANA modeling, development, and performance optimization.
Key Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP Business Objects Universe development.

At least 4 years of hands-on experience in HANA modeling and development.

Proven ability to identify and resolve HANA performance bottlenecks through SQL plan analysis and optimization techniques.

Skilled in HANA integration, creating HANA views, and leveraging these views for robust reporting solutions.

Successfully implemented a minimum of 4 full-cycle projects using SAP HANA Studio.

Comprehensive understanding of data warehousing, data modeling methodologies, and fundamental database concepts.
Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain SAP Business Objects Universes to support business intelligence needs.

Design, implement, and optimize HANA models and views, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Analyze SQL execution plans to identify performance bottlenecks and implement solutions.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate HANA solutions within broader business processes.

Provide expertise on data warehousing and data modeling best practices.
Requirements:
Experience Six (6) years of language development in a relevant and applicable language and/or business analytical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Proven experience in interpreting user requirements, business applications design, and development of business applications strongly preferred.
