Test Technician (2nd Shift)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Electrical Test Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and verifying the quality and compliance of power conversion equipment and electrical systems prior to shipment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with electrical components, be familiar with test procedures and tools, and demonstrate a strong commitment to quality assurance in accordance with NEC, UL, and CSA standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of NEC and UL/CSA standards for electrical equipment.

• Proficient in using test instruments such as hypot testers, multimeters, wave and power analyzers, and oscilloscopes.

• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical blueprints and wiring diagrams.

• Effective communication skills with the ability to read and write in English.

• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience in electrical testing or a similar technical role.

• Familiarity with industrial power systems and configurations.
