JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting to the North America Sales Manager, the Sr. Sales Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing a strategic plan that will provide for the growth and maintenance of the Company's automotive OEM business. Inherent in these responsibilities will be the positioning of the Company as the preferred vendor for all the appropriate manufactured products. This will be accomplished by developing strategic partnering relationships and providing the OEM customer base with world-class service and support in all areas of sales and marketing.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue and align with company goals.
- Build strong relationships with key customer contacts to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
- Be a hands-on leader—visible, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
- Work with the NA Sales Manager to develop marketing plans that support growth across products and services.
- Ensure timely and accurate quotes by gathering key customer information.
- Support the team in delivering top-notch customer service and resolving product or service concerns quickly.
- Analyze sales trends to provide accurate forecasts and strategic insights.
- Monitor pricing, packaging, and competitive positioning to stay ahead in the market.
- Manage sales budgets and expenses in line with company expectations.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies.
- 10 or more years of successful OEM automotive sales and management experience, with exposure to a broad base of OEM accounts.
- A basic understanding of plastics and related manufacturing processes.
- Experience developing new products for OEM customers.
- Demonstrated computer skills in MS Word and Excel.
