Summary
This role focuses on overseeing and managing multiple construction projects, especially those related to wet utilities—by reviewing plans, coordinating with clients, managing timelines and budgets, and working with internal and external teams to ensure smooth project execution. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing designs, estimating costs, managing financials, and serving as the key contact for clients and owners across a high volume of projects.
Key Skills
- Experience in planning or managing multiple wet utility or construction projects simultaneously (50 projects).
- Strong knowledge of site/construction plan reviews and project design phases.
- Proficiency in reading/interpreting project estimates, bids, and construction documentation.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing project schedules.
- Solid understanding of financial aspects including budgeting, billing, change orders, and cost control.
- Excellent client communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and field crews.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with both residential and commercial/industrial development projects.
